We are looking for Recruitment Manager who will undertake the role of a Recruitment Manager supporting the recruitment needs at all levels. You will be an individual contributor and work closely with the hiring managers on all requisitions.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all job openings Employ the creative usage of various recruitment methods and platforms to find the right talents Establish relationships with universities on campus recruitment programs and initiatives Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs on their hirings Explore new methods & technologies to streamline processes and increase efficiencyYou will be degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 5 years of recruitment experience. You will be a team player with excellent people skills when it comes to employees’ related matters and being adaptable to changes. Being passionate and familiar with digital technologies in the recruitment space would be a definite advantage.
