- Sound technical knowledge in, Peopletools 8.5X
- App Designer,
- Peoplecode
- Application Engine
- SQR
- Component Interface
- Integration Broker
- Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
- Functional knowledge of Peoplesoft 9.X modules
- Experience on Peoplesoft Upgrade projects
- Awareness of Agile Methodology.
- Good Communication Skills
