Dow Technologies and Systems – Lead Product Manager

We are looking Lead Product Manager, who have proven experience in owning fintech/blockchain products. The role will see you working closely with a cross-functional team to deliver the best cryptocurrency exchange platform.Be willing to own the product, being the driver behind the overall product strategy Bridge the gap between design and engineering by being the person responsible for communicating the design solutions to engineering in a clear and concise manner and owning the product plan from conception to launch Set feature priorities and create the product roadmap to achieve team visions Analysing the results of a launch and creating plans to iterate and build new features. Be responsible for product related compliance efforts Contributing to technical conversations around engineering solutions in pace with deadlines Driving product research priorities and striving to continuously explore customer insights on the exchange platform Use evidence and research to support product decisions and product strategyBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, mathematics, statistics or MBA preferred. Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience as a Product manager, with solid experience in fintech or blockchain/cryptocurrency products Prior experience in software engineering prior to product management is preferable, but not essential Proven record of successfully building complex products, having managed a product from conception to delivery to market. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong problems solving skills is essential.
