• Performs basic installations, repairs, upgrades and maintenance on hardware.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot printers and any other authorised peripheral equipment
• Install, support and troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft Office

• Troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity
