Responsibilities:
•Design and fabricate simple jig, fixture, Sintering furniture, and Gauges & other subsidiaries.•Service and repair engineering and production jigs.
•Preventive maintenance on all hydro pneumatic presses & CNC Machine.
•Sample preparation for QA on different project to do cross sectioning for measurement and hardness testing.
•Setup and operate the CNC milling & turning machine for daily task.
Requirements:
•Min Vocational/Diploma in Precision Engineering or equivalent with 2-3 years’ working experience in machining work shop or Tool Room environment.
•Knowledge in simple jig & fixture fabricate.
•Able to interpret blue print drawing.
