We are looking for interns who are interested in opportunities to:
·Learn and sharpen customer service skills; inclusive of telephone etiquette, handling customer queries, handling feedback from customers, complaint management.
·Learn scheduling and coordination of daily schedule and workflow of operations team.
·Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media.
·Coordination between customers and operation team to ensure work are done accordingly.
·Preparation of documents for customers, inclusive of sales quotation.
·Handling customer queries via email and telephone.
Requirements:
·Able to commit for at least a 3 months term
·Start immediately or with short notice
