We want someone who’s genuinely into fitness and knows how to make things look good. More importantly, we have a welcoming and non-intimidating work culture here so apply if you fit the vibe.
You’ll work directly with the founder and our content manager across two areas:
Merch (your baby)
— Source suppliers, collect quotations and shortlist manufacturers for our new merch line (2 products)
— Work with the founder on brand voice and colours
— Build the merch marketing concept — moodboards and ad looks
Content & marketing
— Study our social insights and ad performance with our content manager to see what’s actually working, have your opinion shape our brand voice!
— Support content shoots for Dopamine Movement and Bala merch
THE DETAILS
— S$800/month stipend
— Remote, 3 days/week, 8 hours/day — you manage your own hours and log what you do
— Twice-weekly progress reports presented during the twice a week in-person meetings/week with the founder (1–2 hrs)
— Complimentary classes throughout
YOU ARE
— Genuinely into fitness and wellness — you actually train
— Energetic and self-managing (remote means we trust you to run your own days)
— Organised enough to log your hours and hit deliverables
BONUS POINTS
— You can make UGC. If you shoot and edit your own content, tell us.
WHERE THIS GOES
Strong fit → part-time while you’re in school → full-time as we grow. We’re opening more locations. Get in early.
