INTERNSHIP PURPOSE
To provide opportunities and coaching to those who have recently graduated or will soon be graduating to develop their skills professionally during current economic climate. Upon completion of the internship, these young graduates will be equipped with valuable industrial and functional experience so that they will gain a firmer foothold in job market during economic recovery professionally and mentally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Ventures team to track and monitors latest good & Agri tech trends and startups to be
shared with the organization in the form of newsletter or MSTeam post.
- Assist Ventures team to preform startup reviews (technology and Dole fit opportunity analysis)
- Update our startup databased with the latest one that have been shortlisted.
- Enhance ppt and other template files used in venturing team with the coaching of head of Dole Ventures
- Other ad-hoc requests and projects
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Head of Ventures Director, WWPF
REQUIRED SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Science, Entrepreneurship, Economics or Business Administration
- Basic data processing and analytics skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exposure to MSteam, Monday.com, Airtable system preferred
- Solution-oriented, passionate and proactive attitude
- Good command of written & spoken English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, responsible & can work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Prior internship experience with global organizations preferred

• Minimum duration 6 months, ideally 12
