DMX Asia – Robotics Intern

What you'll do

• Set up, calibrate and operate our robots during customer demonstrations and site trials
• Support live deployments from demonstration preparation to productive operation on active project sites, working alongside our engineers and the customer's site team
• Handle customer enquiries on product technicals and assist with troubleshooting during trials and deployments
• Build specification comparisons and productivity data that help contractors evaluate and justify a robot purchase
• Support the sales and marketing team day to day: customer technical enquiries and marketing collaterals

What we're looking for

• Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a diploma or degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Strong interest in robotics and hardware, and willingness to be in construction sites
• Able to communicate technical information clearly to customers
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage several tasks in parallel
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Proactive, with a willingness to learn
