- Responsible for store productivity and sales plans forecast
- Represent the DMK brand and lead the team to provide a high level of friendly service aligned with DMK’s brand promise to customers
- Oversee the DMK Service environment by taking in and providing constant feedback on service behaviours
- To provide value to customers by helping them with styling and fit tips
- Be sales- and service-oriented and strive to achieve individual and team goals
- Develop long term relationships with customers to boost their confidence in DMK products and services
- Have strong communication skills

- Consistently manage physical store environment to ensure that visual merchandising and store maintenance standards are kept in alignment with DMK brand
- Ensure high quality of the team appearance and behaviour
- Manage development for store staff within the boutique through training and motivating
- Ensure optimal stock levels in store at all times according to purchase trends and customers’ request
- Organise inventory
- Organise sales team work, manage planning in accordance with store activity to ensure appropriate team flow
Requirements
- Have to be able to work from either 11AM-10PM or 1PM-10PM (depending on shifts)
- Comfortable with working on weekends, public holidays and festive periods if required (extra incentives might be awarded for festive periods)
- Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in retail or service industry
- Ability to inspire team to meet and exceed performance standards
- Excellent client service and communication skills
