Job Description

General Responsibilities

  • Think holistically about digital operations performance to identify gaps and business opportunities to better support digital business
  • Develop and manage a successful relationship and SLAs with respective business partners and fulfilment center.
  • Be the main stakeholder with regards to the digital operations and act as the business owner for all digital operations performance management activities in Singapore.
  • Solve day-to-day operations problem, find root causes, and suggest sustainable solutions
  • Managed and Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for online business
  • Work with 3rd party vendors to ensure requirements are executed.
  • Work closely with warehouse operation and order processing team to ensure timely shipments & inventory management and review the fulfilment / delivery options at all times
  • Provide analysis & performance reports including daily, weekly and monthly reporting of KPIs and recommending changes to improve performance to achieve P&L results
  • Support in financial reconciliation across all B2B, B2C,and Direct to Consumer channel.
  • Champion in Anchanto (SelluSeller software)
  • Involve in Continuous process improvement project.
  • Key Account management of a sales channel as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related disciplines, Diploma holder are also welcomed
  • Preferably with at least 1 to 3 year of relevant work experience
  • Prior experience in a company known for e-commerce or online fulfillment operations related to the Logistics industry is an added advantage
