Job Description

NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Diva Productions is looking for an exceptional negotiator with excellent persuasion skills. We need a capable “hunter’ to seek out and make connections for us.

JOB DESCRIPTION  

Sales Strategy
Develop an end-to-end sales strategy; lead generation, prospecting, closing, follow-up, after sales etc.
Manage sales process and perform planning, analysis, forecasting and reporting of sales activities
Lead Management and Closing Deals
Generate new business leads and opportunities through emails, cold-calling, networking, etc
Analyse and conduct research regularly on industry, market and competitors to stay updated on latest happenings
Identify, develop, and execute new strategies for business growth
Prepare sales pitches and proposals, and follow up with leads
Identify client's challenges, business needs and objectives to structure proposals
Propose recommendations for structuring a well-defined partnership deal for clients
Maintain Strong Client Relationships
Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients

Potential candidates will need to show evidence of the following:

  • The ability and desire to find new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A confident and determined approach
  • The ability to work independently
  • The ability to flourish in a competitive environment

Typical activities may include:

  • Maintaining relationships with customers
  • Visiting potential customers to share opportunities
  • Gathering market and customer information
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
  • Securing new business through visitation, personal selling on the telephone, EDM mailers, and other

Requirements include:

  • ITE or Polytechnic graduate
  • Presentable with excellent English skills and the will to succeed
