Job Description

As a HR Executive, you will manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development of our employees. Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.

Job Scope:

  •  Reply to applicants’ queries, schedule (phone or face-to-face) interviews and interview potential candidates
  • Source for potential candidates and post jobs on various online channels
  • Manage HR system updates and data entry using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Info-tech HRMS System; and verify if such information is accurate
  • Filing and sorting documents, and generating HR memorandums
  • Issue various documents (such as employment letters, HR memorandums and HR policy) in both Mandarin and English versions
  • Be familiar with MOM Regulations and apply for work permits• Coordinate with supervisors and team members
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects and tasks

Job requirements:

  • Minimum N level or similar qualifications
  • Good communication skills and fluent in both Mandarin and English
  •  Possess basic computer ability and be familiar with software such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  •  Possess basic knowledge of labour laws and regulations
  • Candidates with at least 1 year of HR experience preferred
