Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in HR operations with relations to the needs of Dimension Data Shared Service Centre 
  • Involve in the Recruitment process of new staff
  • Ensure that all HR policy documents eg employee handbook, offer letter, etc are kept up-to-date with any policy changes.
  • Participate in the organizing of Company events such as Townhall, Orientations and Financial Year Kick Off-Participate in the various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Good planning and organizing skills, especially in the area of filing/retrieval of documents
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adept with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Human Resource experience/Diploma/Degree preferred.
