Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Head of MarComms to devise a coherent social media strategy
- Work closely with and manage the Community Managers (CMs) across the communities in our different social media channels (main ones being Discord, Reddit, Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, Facebook), providing guidance and support to the CMs
- Curate the content (visual, text, campaigns, casual) to be posted on the social media platforms
- Work with social media teams of our business and blockchain partners to drive traffic, sales
- Track and measure levels of engagement
- Derive actionable insights based on (1) social media analytics, (2) feedback (qualitative) from users on our platforms and communities
- Work well with the other functions, such as BD, UX, Sales, etc by providing them with the above actionable insights that can be used to improve operations and drive results.
Requirements
- Familiarity with social media analytics and the necessary optimization tools, across Google Analytics, SEO etc
- Experience in crafting and executing social media campaigns
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Creative in understanding what catches the attention of our target audience (blockchain and cryptocurrency) on social media platforms and which content is relevant to the needs of our community
- Understand intimately how social media traffic and campaigns have a large impact on the 3 stages of sales and branding cycles: (1) awareness, (2) conversion, (3) retention
Nice to have
- Expert Google Analytics experience
- Good understanding of the blockchain ecosystem and features (e.g. gas, transaction speeds)
- Skills in visual design
