- Job Description
- Handle customer service of the company's marketing department (including processing customer self-online consultation), record the problem timely and give feedback to the customer according to the corresponding process
- Collect,organize and document customers' enquiries and gradually optimize the customer experience
- Provide customers with accurate information and complete solutions to solve customer problems in a timely manner
- Other work support to the marketing department
- Provide business development opportunities
Job Requirements:- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Strong sense of customer service
- Good work attitude, work initiative, execution, responsibility, and psychological endurance
