- Job Description
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Consumer Insights Research to anticipate customer needs and customize marketing strategies to meet target needs
- Competitive Analysis to assess competitors’ strengths, weaknesses and pricing to gain competitive advantage over others
- Idea generation for marketing strategies through discussions with other marketing members
- Presentation of marketing proposal to Senior Management for approval.
- Direct support for implementation of digital marketing campaigns
- Planning of social media and Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) advertising schedule
- Creative static/video content and copywriting for social media, website content and presentation slides.
- Product Testing to gauge consumer response and adapt advertising method
- Customer service and enquiries
