Job Description

Guest Associate

Are the face of our Brand and are responsible for Capturing the best Guest Experience. You will attend to customers upon their entrance to the assigned sites and ensure appropriate attention is given to customers (including approaching and presenting services, attending, and providing appropriately based on guest selection inquiry).

Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous and efficient photo-taking services to the customers.
  • Attend and respond to customers’ needs promptly and professionally.
  • Answer questions or make recommendations (new products, offers) to customers.
  • To work closely and cultivate strong teamwork with all colleagues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere to the company’s standard operating procedures.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What you will do

  • Initiate guest interaction and offer the Company’s service.
  • Know and understand camera settings and exposures to capture the guest experiences.
  • Compute and record totals of transactions
  • Process payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits, if applicable
  • Calculate total payments received during a time period and reconcile this with total sales.
  • Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records.
  • Communicate with guests putting them at ease, encouraging them, and directing them.
  • Manages the processing of images, discussing technical problems, checking for quality, and dealing with clients’ concerns.
  • Compiles finished products for sale, including albums and framed prints.
  • Achieve overall sales targets given.
  • Achieve individual KPI targets.
  • Ensure the site is ready to start daily operations, stocked and cleaned to a high standard.
  • Responsible for handling equipment on site
  • Performs other related duties as required.
  • Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Always adheres to Company image and grooming standards whilst on duty.
  • Performs any other reasonable tasks as may be requested from time to time.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • No experience is needed.
  • Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Comfortable standing for the duration of your shift.
  • Great team player.
  • A self-motivated fast learner.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Has a pleasing personality, and a positive outlook.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • An extrovert who does not mind striking up conversations with complete strangers.
