- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify blue collar staffing needs
- Sourcing and interviewing of potential candidates through different sourcing channels (e.g. social platforms, institutions and professional networks)
- End to end recruitment of blue collar roles
- Creation of strong blue collar candidate pipeline and maintaining of internal candidate database
- Facilitate on-boarding of new hires
- Monitor new hire engagement pulse, design and implement retention strategies
Requirements
- Minimally Diploma in any discipline
- Strong communication skills
- Resilient and takes initiative
Successful candidates will be offered a 6-month fixed term contract on a renewable basis.
