Responsibilities

• End to end monitoring and controlling of the onboarding process for blue collar staff
• Putting together reports to track completion rate of onboarding process
• Sending of reminders and following up with Hiring Managers and New Hires on the onboarding process
• Ensuring of compliance of system usage
• Any other ad hoc requests

Requirements

• Min NITEC / Diploma in any field
• Computer Savvy
• Excellent communication skills 
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Able to work independently, with little supervison
• Resilient and an excellent team player
• Strong organisational skills and is process driven
