Job Description

The intern is responsible in providing effective management support to Operations Head of Singapore Country Office in projects and business development. To support Invoice validation optimization & accrual project. Prepare SOP in alignment with regional leads from fulfillment team. Understand SG operations landscape and systems used by App solutions providers and traditional niche operators.

NATURE AND SCOPE

The intern will be responsible for managing specific projects (full implementation of procedures & controls). The intern will also establish invoice validation optimization & validation with guidance from Management. Additionally, the intern will require to communicate effectively within departments and offices throughout the Region. Moreover, the intern requires providing effective liaison and coordination with external contacts.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. To understudy each departmental needs, collate and consolidate data on their work flow and propose/recommend procedures & controls to management.

2. To plan, develop and implement such procedures & controls within departments.

3. To prepare internal and external professional business presentations.

4. To develop and maintain quality procedures and control of quality records

5. To participate in the development of new project proposals and prepare & submit reports as and when needed with timeliness and accuracy.

6. To support ad-hoc projects, invoice automation and cost accruals optimization.

7. To assist in budgeting process

  2. Proficient in English

  5. Good Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  6. Good Skills in SQL, Visual Basic and Access
