Job Description

Role Purpose

The Customer Implementation team is responsible for new customer implementation and ensuring all the information pertaining to DHL eCommerce and its products and services are communicated and informed to customer. The information encompasses on business and operational related, as well as IT system tools in helping customer to seamlessly embarking their journey with DHL eCommerce.                                                                                               

Key Tasks                                                                          •Customer account setup in respective related internal systems

•Communicate and provide the necessary data and information to customers accordingly

•Provide coordination work with internal stakeholders pertaining to customer account setup

•Involve and perform BAT before the new version releases of Online Portal, along with its API

•Involve and assist in API integration & testing for customer implementation project

•Assist and update the information into SFDC as a tool for customer implementation project

•Assist in the creation of documentation for customer and / or internal stakeholders references

•Assist in the communication to internal stakeholders pertaining to the Online Portal updates and / or changes

•Assist in follow-up and providing resolution to issues / request pertaining to customer implementation accordingly

•Assist in generating and analyzing reports from various systems                       

Requirements

•Preferably from IT courses or at least with IT system exposure

•Preferably to have an exposure in Project Management

•Having knowledge / interest in Logistics / eCommerce 

•Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, SFDC, and etc

•Detailed mind, self-motivated, responsible & willing to take up challenges

•Excellent organizational skills and able to manage multiple work assignments
