Customer Relations Management Internship - (July To December) Based In Changi Airport
- Understand and support full concierge services, which include transportation, merchandise deliveries, reservation handling and others.
- Conduct Loyal T program refresher training for staff to drive member acquisition
- Continually improve on customer experience and process efficiency related to Loyal T program
- To support on ad-hoc events organizing, pre and post event analysis
Business Initiative Project
- Deep dive into client profiling, review and access current practice and propose meaningful process/adjustment
- Effective way of collating customer feedback (events, product sourcing, experience etc) – analyze and present.
- Utilizing customer feedback analysis to further enhance Loyal T members’ experience
