We have created a location-based, instant desk booking app that allows users to pay by the minute to work in a professional environment all at the tap of a button. Businesses love to use Deskimo for their staff, giving them the ability to work from any Deskimo listed location at a fraction of the cost of existing pay upfront subscriptions. And workspaces love Deskimo because we bring them new people and additional revenue to their existing real estate.
Job Description
What we’re looking for:
- Currently studying in a recognized university/polytechnic, preferably in a communications/marketing-related major.
- Creative individual who loves social media and memes.
- Creative, curious, and analytical.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in marketing, communications, social media and reputation management.
- Fast learner and hands-on executer with a positive attitude.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and editing programs such as Premiere Pro and Aftereffects is a plus.
What you’ll learn:
- Development and creation of content to make it #trending. This may take the form of social media posts, stories, blog content and case study write ups.
- Expand engaging content across our platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WordPress and other social media platforms).
- Assist with streamlining social media accounts to ensure uniform content and tone of voice.
- Track, monitor and understand content performance through insights and analytics.
- Perform community building proactively by monitoring and replying to followers via each respective platform.
Time Period:
