Position Overview: As a Full-Time Beauty Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance and support to our customers on beauty products, skincare routines, and makeup application techniques. You will engage with customers, build relationships, and create memorable experiences while representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized beauty recommendations to customers based on their individual needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, educate customers on proper usage, and offer skincare and makeup tips.
- Assist customers in selecting products from our range of beauty brands, including skincare and makeup.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retail staff to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date on beauty trends, product launches, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics with a genuine desire to help customers look and feel their best.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or beauty industry roles is preferred but not required.
