Denwa Private Limited – eCommerce Warehouse Logistics Internship

We are a fast-growing e-commerce business operating multiple brands across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. As a Warehouse & Logistics Intern, you will support our day-to-day fulfilment operations—ensuring parcels are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. You’ll gain real-world experience in e-commerce logistics, inventory handling, and backend platform operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in picking and packing daily online orders from Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok
• Help with sorting incoming stock, performing quantity checks, and updating inventory logs
• Support the warehouse team in stock arrangement, space optimisation, and zone labelling
• Assist in preparing bulk packing during campaign periods (e.g., 8.8 / 9.9 sales)
• Scan, record, and prepare items for courier handover and return parcel processing
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the fulfilment area
• Learn and support basic usage of Shopee & Lazada Seller Centre for stock-in updates

Requirements

• Diploma/undergraduate student in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, E-Commerce or related fields
• Physically fit and able to stand/move for extended periods
• Can communicate in English or Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and punctual
• Willing to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Able to commit minimum 3 months (internship letter/certification provided)
