As a key part of the business/accounts team you will work with all levels of the business team to gain understanding of the finance backend and costing for client work from strategy to creative and media work.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities: (or ‘Duties’)
- Work closely with the Business Team, Finance and Production teams
- Generate Cost Estimates and Purchase Orders
- Follow-up with the team on the campaigns’ process status - close jobs upon successful completion of campaigns
- Liaise with the Finance team on matters related to invoicing
- Support in any other administrative task for the business team to better understand costing and account management principles
- Work with the business team on research for New Business planning and new business documentation
Qualifications/Skills:
- One who has an interest in advertising & communications industry
- Attention to details, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- A team player who is able to work independently
- Tertiary education institution (University, Polytechnic) students majoring in business, accounting or finance
