Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients for smart workspace solutions, ranging from small businesses to large enterprises.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate the target market and expand the customer base.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the smart workspace domain.
  • Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations that showcase the features and benefits of our smart workspace solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Work closely with technical experts to design customized solutions that address client challenges.
  • Lead the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Develop persuasive sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements that meet client expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of solutions.
  • Set ambitious sales targets and objectives in alignment with company goals.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Be a high-level individual contributor to achieving business objectives.
  • Develop and execute an effective sales strategy to ensure a high-quality sales pipeline and closure rate.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in technology or smart solutions such as business intelligence, smart office, smart building, surveillance, physical security, locker solution
  • Strong understanding of smart office technologies, IoT, and related trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, and independent worker who is proactive and customer-focused.
  • Proven sales track record.
