Role
We’re looking for someone who is highly motivated, deeply analytical, creative and ready to take on the challenging role of a growth hacker. As a growth hacker, you will be part of our team tasked with hyper-scaling our companies to 7-figure and 8-figure revenues from 0. If you are someone with a strong interest in a challenging and dynamic marketing activity, then this job might be for you.
Your role will be to single-handedly start new businesses with our guidance. You will research the industry we tell you, decide on what products to sell online, create a website for this new business and run Google and Social Media ads to generate sales. Throughout your internship, you will likely start 3 or more businesses with our help.
We are good at what we do, so you will have the opportunity to develop advanced skillsets in this area, with our own proprietary methods and strategies not used anywhere else.
Job Description
Business Creation Process:
- Research industry given to you by us
- Pick a product that can compete in the market
- Create of website using drag-and-drop software
- Generate Online Ads (Google, Facebook & Instagram) in order to generate sales
- Manage social media accounts and websites
- Help with the management of some of the customer orders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- Able to commit for minimum 3 months
- Good taste in design (some design expertise is a plus, not requirement)
- Excellent command of English. Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Strong business acumen. An analytical thinker and strategist
- Affinity for hands-on execution and problem-solving
- Enjoys challenges and taking ownership of tasks
- Constantly exceeds expectations and is open to taking on new, unfamiliar and difficult tasks or projects
- Ability and eagerness to learn and pick up new skills independently
- Ability and confidence to make decisions that will impact your businesses
Other Details
Working Location: 5 Guillemard Road (Geylang)
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: $600-800/month for months 1-3
$900/month for months 4-6 (if applicable
