General background:
The Marketing position is a role where you need to be tie traditional, digital, and social marketing all into one. Creativity, rigour and ownership are the three keys to enjoy this position. In this position you will have the opportunity to understand how an entire marketing process works from A to Z. You will be involved in Pre and Post event marketing, Digital marketing (website), and Social marketing (Facebook and Linkedin), networking and meetings. This position is also an opportunity for you to start building your professional network. Indeed, you will have the change to connect with C-Level people. Finally, being a Marketer at Delivering Delight is an unique experience because you will be joining sessions of the partners with top leaders of the world, and learn the challenges of these MNCs and how our team help them to thrive.
What you will do:
Events
Pre-event:
- Creation of an Event Brite page
- Creation of the brochure of the event
- Creation of marketing messages to lists of target audience for the Executive Assistant (EA) who will send them
- Assess and optimise conversation rates to the target audience for the event
- Develop social media post to promote the event (Facebook & LinkedIn)
- Find vendors to support the event (eg. Video recording, monitor…)
Event:
- Support the speakers
- Work closely with the internal organization of the venue
Post-event:
- Creation of landing page on GetResponse to ensure post-event marketing efforts
- Develop and send mail merge to all guests (and via social media if need by) with a link on the landing page
- Following up for partners and work with EA to arrange meetings.
Post Keynote talks
- Develop optimal methods to collect all leads
- Contact them by marketing funnel and email to set a meeting for partners
- Create a landing page to get partner slides
- Workshops/Trainings
- Help get ready partners
- Assist to the session and support both
General marketing duties
- Work with EA and Business Development to get meetings for partners
- Marketing / Brand awareness via digital and social media (phone / Facebook / Linkedin)
- Promote marketing message to build awareness of different programs from Delivering Delight
