• Training provided
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialised in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• To provide support and assistance to the Retail Marketing team in daily operations.
• Handle various channels of customer interaction and ensure high level of customer satisfaction through these channels.
• Provide key insights on consumer trends based on customer interaction and customer feedback.
