Must be self-motivated, accountable and can work with minimal direction, have strong editorial judgement, and function well with a fluid, flexible workload. 

Planning and looking ahead is a must. 

Experience with writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (website, articles, social updates, newspaper, etc.) 

Curiosity & comfort with conducting focused interviews with business owners. 

Excellent organisational skills to work independently.
