PROMOTE INDUSTRY PROGRESS

We are dedicated to driving progress in the Blockchain industry and showcase projects through UETH events and our supportive networks. This year, We are excited to take the initiative to host EDCON (Community Ethereum Development Conference) again. Building on the success of our 2022 EDCON event at Chase Center in San Francisco,where over 1400 attendees celebrated the achievements of the Merge, we are proud to host a five-day event in Montenegro featuring Super Demo Day and Hackathon.We are also launching 30 UETH events over the next 3 months that will further increase awareness of our brand and our partners, both online and offline.

CULTIVATE LEADERSHIP AND INCUBATE PROJECTS

Our mentorship program is designed by our esteemed academic science and research excellence group with the goal to empower future leaders to tackle unchartered territory confidently. Furthermore, we are committed to fostering growth and progress in the industry by allocating a pool of fellowship grants ranging from 5K to 25K USD. These grants will support and incubate projects initiated by UETH students, providing them with the resources and opportunities to drive innovation and make a lasting impact.

ADVANCE RESEARCH DEVELOPMENT

At UETH, we are dedicated to advancing the field of blockchain technology through collaborative research across disciplines and institutions. To further this mission, we are proud to announce the UETH Research Grants Program, which provides a pool of 1 Million USD to fund research projects in the area of blockchain education and digital literacy. We invite and encourage research initiatives that explore the

impact of blockchain technology on education, innovative approaches to teaching blockchain and its applications, the use of blockchain technology to enhance learning outcomes and improve the educational experience, and the role of blockchain technology in promoting digital literacy.

Business Development Manager (Remote Possible)

De University of Ethereum (UETH) is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving growth, building strong relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and fostering strategic partnerships.

UETH carries the mission for mass adoption of the Ethereum network. The goal for UETH is to establish a systematic and intuitive learning process for students of Ethereum at all levels.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the blockchain industry.

  • Basic knowledge of Ethereum, blockchain and web3. 

  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Strategic thinker with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.

  • Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.

What You'll Do

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, industry developments, and potential market opportunities. 

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new prospects. 

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential clients, partners, and opportunities through networking, attending industry events, and leveraging digital channels. 

  • Partnership Development: Collaborate with potential partners to explore mutually beneficial collaborations, alliances, and strategic initiatives. 

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to align business strategies, refine offerings, and ensure seamless customer experiences.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on key performance indicators, sales metrics, and business development activities. 

  • Market Expansion: Identify new markets, geographies, and industries for potential expansion. Develop strategies to enter and establish a foothold in new markets.
