PPIS is dedicated to working with women of all ages in carrying out their multiple roles in society. We run three core community services, namely Family Services, Student Care, and a Residential Facility, serving as a secular halfway house for women engaged in community rehabilitation programs. With 10 centres island-wide, the services work together to provide quality and holistic support and developmental programmes for women and their families across the different phases of their lives.

Job Responsbilities:

• Identify, design and deliver research projects/programmes in line with PPIS area of interests largely in the field of Family Services, women and children
• Develop and roll out research proposals that would enhance PPIS thought leadership and mission
• Collaborate with relevant partners, industry stakeholders and agencies to drive research projects and landscape scanning
• Identify appropriate research approaches, surveys and FGDs as needed
• Collect, analyse and interpret data and results
• Evaluate and track impact of research projects and programmes
• Prepare and present research and evaluation report
• Drive innovation to improve quality of research project and programmes
• Manage grants in relations to identified research projects/programmes

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Professional Qualifications in the discipline of Social Science/Psychology and/or Social Work
• 3 years of relevant social research and programmes implementation and evaluation experiences
• Possess strategic and analytical abilities
• Posesss good interpersonal skills to forge collaborative relationships across a wide spectrum of stakeholders
• Able to communicate, write and present well
