  • Support publicity for online and offline events, including webinars, delegation visits, networking sessions and demo days.
  • Coordinate with programme teams, startups, speakers and ecosystem partners to collect information, photographs and content materials.
  • Assist with on-site event marketing, photography, content capture and post-event communications where required.

3. Digital Marketing and CRM Support

  • Maintain and update DayDayUp’s email marketing and CRM databases.
  • Segment contact lists for targeted EDM and programme outreach campaigns.
  • Monitor basic campaign performance, including email open rates, click-through rates and social media engagement.
  • Prepare simple marketing performance reports and recommend ways to improve future campaigns.
  • Support updates to DayDayUp’s website and other digital communication platforms.

4. Partnership and Portfolio Marketing

  • Support the promotion of DayDayUp’s portfolio startups and programme participants.
  • Assist in preparing company introductions, founder interviews, case studies and success stories.
  • Work with ecosystem partners, including government agencies, corporates, investors, universities and accelerators, on joint marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct research on relevant media, community and partnership channels in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Requirements
