- Job Description
- Setup/maintain office IT Infrastructure (Network, Systems, Storage, etc)
- Maintain IT hardware/software inventory
- Communicate with software vendors for problem resolution
- Planning and implementing of service continuity measures (e.g. backup/restore, disaster recovery plan)
- Provide related technical advice to team or customers
- Assist in IT-related sales and purchases
Requirements
- Familiar with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange
- Some knowledge in data recovery, digital forensics
- Networking knowledge is a big plus
- Self-motivated and good problem-solving skills.
- Willing to learn.
