JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Agency Development Manager, you are expected to

- Recruit and groom new talent in join the organisation Be able to constantly engage new talent to expand the organisation You will handle selection and interviewing process

- Event planning To plan events to engage new clients or for reruitment purpose

- Strong networking skills Be able to guide your agency members

- Financial literarcy Be strong on financial planing to guide the agency force

- Sales driven Able to ensure the agency sales target are acheived monthly

ABOUT YOU

You should be

- Open minded to learn and absorb new kills and knowledge

- Willing to see things differently

- Hungry for financial freedom in shortest possible time Has sales experience or has strong interests in sales

- Able to form team fast or has existing team to bring over
