Job Description

Overview

  • An overview and basic understanding of Regional Treasury including Treasury Controlling & Settlement, functions and operations

Operations

  • Assist and support Treasury Controlling & Settlement on daily business operations as well as specific projects/initiatives as assigned

Responsibilities

  • To fulfil and support department on on-going projects such as eFiling, designing SharePoint workflows (using Nintex);
  • Support GTS (Global Treasury System) release change activities e.g. organizing files, coordinating results with other regional teams, etc.;
  • Communication of new e-workflows to new users, including organizing ad-hoc web-based training sessions
