Job Description
• To support the HR team in various HR strategic initiatives and
projects
• To prepare presentations for internal communication
• To support in the area of HR communications including staff communications, regular HR Newsletters and HR Lunch & Learn sessions
• To support in talent recruitment process and assist in new hire orientation program
• To coordinate the internship management process and liaise with local universities on arrangement
• To conduct internship feedback
• To explore modern recruiting channels for greater coverage
Discipline
• Preferred current field of study in Business/HR and any other related fields
Special Requirements
- Ability to work in an international and intercultural context
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken
- Multi-linguistic abilities would be an added advantage
