Job Description
- Prepare the financial report of monthly actual cost [ Monthly ]
- Assist in the preparation of Cashflow reporting [ Monthly ]
- Assist in the preparation of Cost center report [ Monthly ]
- Complete billing cycle including Creation of invoices, checking of postings in SAP [ Monthly ]
- Assist in the preparation of Service Agreement life cycle [ Daily ]
- Assist in managing of RPA for actuals in SAP [ Daily ]
- Assist in preparation of administrative record keeping [ Daily ]
- Assist in the testing of financial automation IT systems [ Daily ]
Qualifications
- Possess pre-Bachelor qualifications and pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Controlling, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Highly motivated independent worker with positive working and learning attitude
- Ability to work in an international and intercultural context
- Excellent Microsoft excel skills; proficiency in SAP-FICO and excel-based data warehouse preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
