Job Description

This position is for a highly-charged graduate who has an eye for all things luxury. You will be part of the the newly-minted Customer Excitement team within Mercedes-Benz Singapore tasked to ensure best-in-class customer experience across every touch point. As part of our new strategy to put our customers at the very center, you will be part of the team involved in this transformation and be part of all the efforts to further elevate Mercedes-Benz as a luxury brand here in Singapore.

This position reports to the Head of Customer Excitement who oversees Brand & Content Marketing, Customer Journey & Retail Network Management, E-commerce & Digital Business as well as Online-to-Offline Customer Experience.

Individual to be involved in:

  1. Assist in the putting together product launch brief and overall management of event.
  2. Be part of the brainstorm and creation of local content / activities and be the main liaison with all vendors and parties in the execution phase.
  3. Assist in the definition and subsequent monitoring of key metrics / KPIs across all traditional touchpoints, especially through events and activities.
  4. Review and track the activities of the competition across all channels.
  5. Contribute towards the development of more emotional campaigns through communication / messaging on topics such as sustainability.
  6. Assist in maintaining and building up the depository of prospective co-branding and strategic partnerships.
  7. Assist in the crafting of customer journeys using the use cases in Salesforce.
  8. Assist in the definition and subsequent monitoring of key metrics / KPIs using data analytics across all digital touchpoints.
  9. Refine Reach, Act, Convert, Engage (RACE) strategy to ensure a robust lead management / sales funneling process.
  10. Review and track the activities of the competition across all channels.
  11. Be part of global rollout of new digital tools, incumbate and integrate tool into organization appropriately.
  12. Co-manage retail network through the use of dealer standards, customer satisfaction surveys.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in an international and intercultural context.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint.
