We are looking for an HR Intern for our Singapore Office at Daimler Financial Services Africa & Asia Pacific Ltd. starting immediately. Our internships are paid and ideally, you would be able to commit at least for 3 months and up to 6 months (preference would be 6 months). You will be part of our local and regional team and support, engage and develop in various tasks.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the regional team with various HR initiatives and projects
  • Support in culture topics and projects
  • Actively support in the regional HR digitalization projects and new tool rollout initiatives
  • Support in the planning and execution of Leadership & Development Programs
  • Organize the agenda and materials for regular HR Leadership Videoconference as well as workshops
  • Prepare presentations and content for internal communication
  • Responsible for intern recruitment and onboarding
  • Maintain and update the internship headcount
  • Support in the employee recruitment process
  • Liaise with hiring managers in coordinating interviews
  • Support in any other HR-related duties and projects

Qualifications

  • Preferred current field of study in Business/Human Resource/International Management
  • Ability to work in an international and intercultural context
  • Possess strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver on time
  • Possess great eagerness to learn and take up challenges
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Multi-linguistic abilities would be an added advantage
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good team player
