We are seeking for a highly motivated individual to support the Market Managers in the area of Order Management, Sales Planning & Reporting activities for Daimler Commercial Vehicles South East Asia Pte. Ltd. (DCVSEA), located in Singapore. 

Job Description

Your main responsibilities will include the following:

  • Monitoring and providing constant status updates to markets and Market Managers regarding actual orders in the systems
  • Liaising between markets/Market Managers and HQ planning or order management department when production quota issues arises.
  • Supporting markets and Market Managers when ordering issue occurs in the system
  • Performing production quota checks and liaising between factories and markets directly to resolve any ambiguities of orders in the system
  • Providing sales planning support to the markets when issues detected, otherwise liaise with HQ planning team to resolve the issues timely
  • Liaising with factories in Germany and Japan to ensure timely and accurate shipping of vehicles to markets
  • Maintaining and updating Order Center report/feedback for respective markets to be used during escalation in meetings
  • Providing feedback to markets and Market Managers on production/supply update whenever new information becomes available
  • Consolidating and preparing monthly reports on sales figures to direct supervisor for monthly management review
  • Ensuring accuracy in data submission prior to entering of data in system
  • Responsible for performing target bonus and fleet accrual
  • Assisting with regional market forum/discussion along with colleagues

And any other suitable tasks assigned.


Requirements for Senior Executive – Sales Support Organisation, you should possess:

  • Diploma in Business Studies or Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good understanding of sales management procedures and processes
  • Good knowledge and familiarity with supply chain planning concept
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP AP3 module would be a plus
  • Meticulous and detailed at work
  • Highly organised and ability to prioritise tasks and activities
  • Good time management skills
  • Self-motivated and independent individual with good team spirit
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken
  • Good Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, particularly in Powerpoint and Excel


This position is based in Singapore and may be offered at a lower job level based on candidate’s experience. A valid and approved work visa is required for employment in Singapore in accordance to local labour law regulations.
