Main Task 1: Operational Assistant Job duties

• Support market manager by arranging meetings, coordinate visitor’s schedules, prepare & attend meetings and take minutes
• Communicate with overseas distributors and FUSO HQ by email/phone, compiling marketing reports.
• Create marketing material with the support of market managers
• Follow up with HQ on requests from markets on marketing related topics

Main Task 2: Administrative Assistance Job duties

• Support in creating presentations as required
• Liaise with HQ for orders on items for marketing and ensure shipping and documents related are correct and as per company requirements
• Compile monthly marketing report
• Source and follow up with vendors for marketing related items
• Support in event preparation and planning
• Supporting on saving DTA One articles, photos and videos submitted by markets
• Preparing and sending out of monthly RC SEA Newsletter

Main Task 3: Training Assistant Job duties

• To support FUSO Academy trainers during their training for SEA countries
• To support in executing planned trainings for SEA markets by coordinating with FUSO Academy and with markets
• To support in preparation and development of product training materials
• To support in planning product trainings as per market requirements and set training dates
• To support in data input for LMS by coordinating with Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan GD’s and submission to FUSO Academy

Other Task

• Contributes to team spirit by bringing in fresh and new ideas.
• Share learnings obtained during the intern period and propose points of improvement from third party point of view

Commitment period: Aug/Sep onwards for 3-6 months
