Daimler Commercial Vehicles South East Asia Pte. Ltd. (DCVSEA) located in Singapore, is a subsidiary of Daimler South East Asia Pte. Ltd. and is the Asia hub’s commercial vehicle distributer. The office in Singapore oversees sales and service activities covering both Mercedes-Benz trucks, buses and vans and FUSO trucks and buses.
The Marketing & Product Intern will be involved in the following tasks:
1. Operational Assistant Job duties
- Support market manager by arranging meetings, coordinate visitor’s schedules, prepare & attend meetings and take minutes
- Communicate with overseas distributors and FUSO HQ by email/phone, compiling marketing reports.
- Create marketing material with the support of market managers
- Follow up with HQ on requests from markets on marketing related topics
2. Administrative Assistance Job duties
- Support in creating presentations as required
- Liaise with HQ for orders on items for marketing and ensure shipping and documents related are correct and as per company requirements
- Compile monthly marketing report
- Source and follow up with vendors for marketing related items
- Support in event preparation and planning
- Supporting on saving DTA One articles, photos and videos submitted by markets
- Preparing and sending out of monthly RC SEA Newsletter
3. Training Assistant Job duties
- To support FUSO Academy trainers during their training for SEA countries
- To support in executing planned trainings for SEA markets by coordinating with FUSO Academy and with markets
- To support in preparation and development of product training materials
- To support in planning product trainings as per market requirements and set training dates
- To support in data input for LMS by coordinating with Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan GD’s and submission to FUSO Academy
4. Other Task
- Contributes to team spirit by bringing in fresh and new ideas.
- Share learnings obtained during the intern period and propose points of improvement from third party point of view
