Job Description

We are seeking for a highly motivated individual to join us as a Human Resources Intern.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the team in rolling out strategic HR initiatives and projects
  • Responsible for the internship management process
  • Assist in recruitment activities which include arranging interviews and shortlisting of candidates
  • Source for training programmes and update Development Guide for employees
  • Support in HR compliance related activities and monthly reporting
  • Assist team members in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations and materials for Management Meetings and Townhalls
  • Assist with any other HR administrative matters

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Human Resources (or related degrees)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong team player with high ethical standards
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver on time
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
