Dada Consultants Pte. Ltd. – Talent Researcher Intern

1. Assist recruiters to complete recruitment-related work efficiently and optimize the recruitment process.
2. Participate in the whole recruitment process, including but not limited to understanding recruitment needs, posting job requirements, screening resumes, candidate communication, interview arrangements, feedback follow up, etc.
3. Source for business/client leads and job opportunities across various social media and online platforms to support recruitment business
4. Conduct market mapping, market research, and other relevant document content.
5. Prepare marketing content regarding job opportunities for social media

Who we are looking for:

1. Internship experience in human resources, recruitment or employment agency is preferred
2. Any experience using LinkedIn and other job hiring platforms will be a bonus.
3. Proactive, communicative and enjoys a collaborative work environment.
4. Able to commit for at least 3 months full-time internship.
