Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new business through various sales channels.
  • Coordinate service to prospects for onboarding opportunities.
  • Develop progressive relationship with prospects by regularly following up.
  • Meet sales quotas through the implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Provide information of service and products needed to efficiently support and liaise with customers in a positive and effective way.

Experience:

  • In-house classroom and OJT Training, skill development, and continuous support in career progression.
  • Knowledge in Forex Exchange will be an advantage.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese (in order to handle queries and feedbacks from Chinese speaking customers).
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
  • Proficient in time management, organization and to handle multiple tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products with an emphasis on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Serve as the point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Lead generation, acquisition and conversion, including early engagement.
