Job Description

Earn Attractive Commissions after your Apprenticeship!

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound contact with prospects to identify sales opportunities and make marketing pitch.
  • Act as the point of contact for prospects and perform onboarding process.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Manage the sales pipeline efficiently and work towards achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide timely and efficient support to customer in account servicing.

Experience:

  • Training and one-on-one OJT coaching will be provided.
  • Knowledge in Forex Exchange will be an advantage.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese (in order to handle queries and feedbacks from Chinese speaking customers).
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
  • Ability to manage time and workload effectively, which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Competent IT skills with Microsoft knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Customer servicing including account review and relationship building.
  • Managing and onboarding prospect and engaging in sales.
