Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support the execution of the Company’s investor education programs. This internship offers hands-on experience in event coordination, program management, and stakeholder engagement within the financial education space.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including webinars, seminars, and workshops.
  • Support registration management, attendance tracking, and post-event feedback collection.
  • Liaise with trainers, speakers, and vendors to ensure smooth event logistics.
  • Help prepare and organize training materials and digital assets.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, documentation, and reporting.
  • Assist in marketing efforts such as email campaigns and social media updates.
  • Respond to participant inquiries and provide customer service support.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and team projects.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Zoom or Webex is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Interest in financial markets and investor education is an advantage.
